Katrina's room

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, and I live in the master bedroom. The room I’m looking to rent out is the guest bedroom, and you’d be able to use the main bathroom (see diagram and picture below). The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Spacious kitchen, washer/dryer, wood floors, corner unit with no shared walls. Apartment complex has a fenced dog play area, a gym (below us and across the hall), a dog wash station, and nice walking trails surrounding the complex.

I am a PhD student who is very tidy and live a pretty quiet and peaceful home life.
