Rita's room

A furnished room is available now. It’s a 5 bedroom home in a quiet, family, gated neighborhood. It’s near many options of shopping & restaurants. Public transportation (Sprinter & bus hub) options are very close & both w/in walking distance. The house is within walking distance of Palomar College, & very near to CSUSM, & quite a few more training schools. The house is clean & organized. Parking available w/in the gates & street parking otherwise if those spots not available. Laundry machines are available for use but you’d provide your own supplies. The room is downstairs. The full bathroom is semi-shared. But would be primarily yours. Which is in basic “trade off” for all kitchen necessities to share. Full use of the kitchen too. We’d prefer someone that works outside of the home and not remotely. No kids. No visitors.

We are a small family of two young hearted seniors, an adult daughter & one female roommate. We don’t have pets. We’re quiet & low key, friendly & welcoming. We enjoy mostly just hanging out at home, watching sports etc., doing projects, cooking & just whatever’s easy going for the day. We’re pretty routine, mostly just making our days & evenings enjoyable. We like being social but also keep to ourselves. Consideration, common courtesy, common sense of living w/others, respecting others & communication is key. We like a happy home for everyone here. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean and cleans up after themselves. It’s a very peaceful and pleasant environment, with the people to match these traits.
