Hi! I’m looking for another female or non-binary roommate to move into the second bedroom (unfurnished) of a 2 bed/2 ba apartment in the Greenbush neighborhood. This top floor, corner unit is in a very nice, newer building and the common areas are already furnished. Pet friendly (no pets currently), free laundry in-unit, 15 min walk to Union South, 20 min walk to Trader Joe’s. Grad students or professionals preferred.

Internet $30, Water $20, Energy ~$50, Parking $125 or free street

About me: I’m in my early 30s and am a non-traditional Computer Science student at UW. I work in a public library. I’m very introverted and enjoy staying in and watching movies but also occasionally enjoy trying new things around town. I’m respectful, tidy & have a lot of houseplants!
