Furnished basement in a raised ranch home. Own entrance, bedroom, bathroom with shower, family room with smart TV, couch, workout equipment, washer, dryer, refrigerator, in-ground pool.

It’s myself, my husband, step son on weekends and 2 large dogs living upstairs in the raised ranch. Dogs are friendly, trained, but one of them can jump and lick your face out of excitement which is a work in progress. We can teach commands. The kitchen is upstairs and would be shared with our household. Cleanliness is a must. No food, drinks or crumbs left behind. Cleaning after eating. No smoking inside.
