Walkout basement (about ~1200sq ft) is for rent - has own living room with gas fireplace and projector, bedroom, and two extra bonus rooms that could be an office or workout room, 1/2 bathroom and wet bar setup. Kitchen and Laundry room on main floor is shared. Heated garage spot available. Additional heated pole barn available for storage/parking. Fire pit and small trails on the property and close to many of the Three Rivers parks.

Well-behaved and vaccinated pets are welcome. There is space in the neighborhood for horse boarding as well for an additional fee.

Located 30 minutes from the Twin Cities and close to Medina, Plymouth and Maple Grove shopping areas.

Single mom with toddler (75% of the time) who works from home. I have two cats and three dogs so renter must be okay with animals and kids being in the house. (Basement has a door to main floor which keeps it quiet from the rest of the house.) I have kennels set up in the garage and pole barn and occasionally have additional dogs or cats when I foster or dog-sit for friends. I show dogs and horses, so I’m out of town occasionally each month in the summer. Discount available for anyone willing to pet-sit while I’m gone.

Looking for someone who is no drama and loves animals. No partiers, and must be fully vaccinated and a non-smoker. Because I have my toddler, I will be particular about who moves in and would love references and require a recent background check.
