Anna's room

My Townhome is a bright but cozy home with high ceilings and very tall windows facing east and west. The room for rent is furnished (lightly) with an ensuite private bathroom and Roku TV. Current pricing includes Wifi, utilities, and a quarterly deep cleaning. Price may be negotiated and the furnishings may be removed as desired with a long-term (12-month) rental agreement. No overnight guests. Home includes W/C, dryer, and full kitchen. garage or street parking, keyless entry locks on the back door and bedroom(s), and access to the community (residents only) pools and tennis courts. The overall home is allergy-friendly (except for my fluffy feline) with minimal fabric items and fabulous views of the Florida sky and the best of Florida Flora. The decked courtyard is a tiny little bird and butterfly oasis with seasonal flowers and a big native Florida tree. Star Metro is very close and the route goes directly downtown, and several restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, gym, and parks are nearby.

I am a quiet homebody with a cat. I work two jobs but I love to travel, attend musical theatre shows at FSU, and visit museums and parks. I earned a BA in Anthropology with a minor in German but I teach math as an ESE paraprofessional for Leon County Schools.
