Beautiful, furnished apartment in the heart of midtown available April 1st. Walking distance to everything (the light rail, state capitol, state buildings, Kaiser, restaurants, coffee shops, fitness studios, groceries, shopping, target, etc.). The apartment complex is quiet and clean. The room available is the master bedroom / bathroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment.

Month-to-month rent ($1,350) plus utilities, internet and shared expenses (cleaning supplies for the common areas) which comes out to about $150 / month. You will have to submit an application through property management (application fee is $55).

My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for a clean, responsible, honest, friendly, professional Female roommate to move in. We have a great dynamic of trust and respect for one another other + the apartment, and I would love to continue that.

I’m 32, I work in the legal field and I work from home. I enjoy going to the gym here at the complex, going on walks, playing tennis, reading, learning, exploring. I’m studying for the LSAT Monday - Sunday, and prefer a quiet place. I don’t party, or bring the party home. No smoking. No random guests. No pets. No drama. Home should be a source of peace and relaxation. I am extremely clean / organized and expect the same from a roommate. I’ve had great roommate friendships and would love to have some one move in that I connect with on a friendship level.
