Hello! I am looking for a new roommate to take over the Master Bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment complex in San Ramon, CA. The complex is located off Crow Canyon and in the area behind Home Depot. Room can be furnished (or not) with a Queen size bed with headboard, Ikea Hemnes dresser (tall, 6 drawer) and nightstand.

Move in anytime after March 9th. $1575 per month, plus utilities split in half.

The complex is gated and has a pool, hot tub and fitness center. Sadly no pets in this specific apartment, the complex only allows service/ emotional support animals, and it is not currently on my lease.

The Current Lease is until July 31st, 2024. I would like to continue to live there with whoever moves in but we can discuss our options later (resign for a year or 6 months or change to month to month).

Little about me, I am 28 years old, and work at a local church in Danville. I grew up in San Ramon and still have some HS friends in the area. We are in a Bookclub together, sometimes I host once a month, every couple of months. I like to stay active and try new foods in the area. I travel occasionally to visit family in AZ and WA.

I’ve lived in the apartment complex for 1.5 years and really like it. Upstairs neighbors are great, never hear the neighbors we share a wall with and it is a corner unit towards the back of the property with plenty of parking.
