Shared with a roomie for 1 year but shes moving in with family. Will probably be a lease transfer if you’re interested.
To be fully transparent there’s chipping around the bath as the previous contractors apparently did a shoddy job. Landlords have not given ETA on how long it will take to get it fixed but its mostly a cosmetic issue. Pretty much all of the common area furniture will also be gone by May as it’s my roomies.
The picture listed is just to show the size of the room, I don’t have one with it empty unfortunately.
Its just me, 20F. My roommate and I were kind of a mess so I’m going to pay for a cleaner prior to move-in. I work a lot of random shifts so I can get kind of loud at night but I try to be respectful. Its important to me that we take care of shared spaces and ideally make some kind of chore list or schedule to avoid stress.
