About the room
Hello, We have a spare room. It use to be a home gym, but we are moving that location to another part of the house. The room has it’s own bathroom and show/bathtub. It will have that portable AC unit there so it wont get too hot. We offer Internet, and we cover utilities. We don’t mind if you are 420 we just request you do not do it in the room. We are also 5 minuets away from the Cal State San Bernardino.
About the roomies
We are a family house hold. 3 kids live in the house. They are well behaved, and will mostly stay out of the way.
