About the room

Corner single family house in a nice quiet safe area. Split level home (4 levels. 1/4 acre split between the front and backyard. big patio with workout mats for outdoor exercise. Big windows and lots of light. Recently remodeled kitchen with great appliances. There are 2 driveway spots and plenty of parking on the street right in-front of the house. The house is a quarter mile walk to GMU campus.

Yes we share a bathroom and it’s been very manageable. it’s very rare that everybody is at the house at the same time and one roomie mostly showers at the gym. we keep it tidy and keep minimal personal items in the bathroom.

My ideal candidate would be somebody who is tidy, respectful and responsible. Im a very social person and enjoy having game nights, cooking for people, going out, etc. During the summer we have green screen movies in the backyard.

Guests are fine to come over and spend the night.

About the roomies

I am a young working professional and part time artist in my mid 20s. (The house is very colorful and I always have a project going). I a cat Stella. She’s so friendly. I work from home the majority of the time and am gone during the evenings. I love cooking, going to concerts, dancing, doing standup comedy, house plants, art, and riding/working on motorcycles!

I own and live in the house and I keep it together but im not insane and pretty relaxed. You can smoke weed but my only ask is that you do it outside, im allergic to it unfortunately.

The other roomies are Spencer and Serena.

Spencer has lived here for about a year. He is pretty introverted but super chill and really clean. He’s in his early 30s, works remote for a software company.

Serena is way more extroverted. She works at a makeup store. loves cooking and making cocktails. Bilingual. late 20s.

We are all very chill, laid back and nonjudgmental and nontraditional.

This room is only for one person (no couples) and no kids as its not suitable for that.
