Looking to share my home with a few roommates.

Corner single family house in a nice quiet safe area. Split level home (4 levels. 1/4 acre split between the front and backyard. big patio with workout mats for outdoor exercise. Big windows and lots of light. Recently remodeled kitchen with great appliances. There are 2 driveway spots and plenty of parking on the street right in-front of the house. The house is a quarter mile walk to GMU campus.

4 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath.

My ideal candidate would be somebody who is tidy, respectful and responsible. Im a very social person and enjoy having game nights, cooking for people, going out, etc.

I am a young working professional. I have a dog (Nina, black lab, super sweet) and a cat (Stella, also very friendly). I work from home the majority of the time and am gone during the evenings. I love cooking, going to concerts, dancing, standup comedy, house plants, art, and riding/working on motorcycles!
