** Initial lease is a sublet from me for about 4 months until the end of August. Initial deposit is $400 for short term length.
-If you choose to sign for another 12 months through landlord, an additional $300 will be required to cover the full deposit.
-No pets! Sorry. Landlord’s rule and several people in the house allergic to pets.

The house - located on a quiet loop, large square footage, plentiful common areas, washer/dryer, backyard & patio, plentiful parking
The area - O’Kane park 0.4 mi, Belmar shopping center 1.5 mi, Walmart 1.5 mi, Colorado Mills 10 min, easy access to W 6th Ave via Wadsworth and Sheridan
About the roomies
Super kind and respectful bunch- 4 working adults ages ranging from early 20s to late 20s. You will get a chance to chat with them before moving in :)
