Looking for a great place to live on the beach? We have one unfurnished room available in our five-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Satellite Beach starting on December 1st, 2025.
Our house is located just a short walk away from the beach, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. The house has plenty of space to spread out, with two large living areas, a spacious kitchen, a back patio, and a garage. We also have a washer and dryer. Some new amenities include an at home gym, working grill, and a garden. The house is currently 4 clean, quiet, and respectful guys. In our free time, we enjoy surfing, fishing, going to the beach, working out, and exploring the area. We all get along and everyone is easy going. I am a 28-year-old male engineering professional from Charleston, SC who works from 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday at KSC. We’re looking for a male ages 18-35 easy going, ideally a working professional, respectful, and cleans up after themselves. One roommate is moving out so looking to fill the room.
Price is $700/month not including Utilities. Utilities (Electric, Wifi, Water, Gas) Total to about a monthly average of $90-130 per person, depending on winter vs summer months. Rent and Utilities due on the 1st of each month. First months rent, last months rent, and a security deposit are required to lock in the room. The Lease agreement is month to month, so you can choose to move out whenever you would like, just need to provide a 30 days notice heads up.
You’ll be sharing the house with myself, a 28-year-old male engineering professional from Charleston, SC who works from 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday at KSC. 2 other male mid-20s young professionals, and another mid 30s local musician and coffee shop goer. In our free time, we enjoy surfing, fishing, working out, and exploring the area. I have traveled all over the world for surfing including most of central america, south america, australia, indonesia, etc. Our other three roommates are also very nice, considerate, respectful, clean, and quiet. We’re looking for a male age 20-29 who is like-minded, ideally a working professional, respectful, cleans up after themselves, and easy-going. Bonus points if you also enjoy the outdoors and like to surf, fish, work out, or go to the beach. We all get along and everyone is easy going. One roommate is moving out so looking to fill the room.
