I hope this message finds you well. I see myself in need of a new roommate to take over my old roommate’s lease for our cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in inner Houston. Unfortunately, my previous roommate had to back out due to unexpected financial challenges.

• The apartment has essential items like a couch, coffee table, dining room set, TV, and dishes.
• Rent for each side is $1,080, including wifi and cable (excluding water and electricity).
• I am open to compromise on rent if needed.
• The new roommate doesn’t have to commit for the entire lease, but at least until December.
• Fresh and new, moved in on February 23rd.
• I’m open to pets depending on the situation.
• I’m a very clean person and appreciate a well-maintained environment.

I’m looking for someone to chill and spend some time with. We don’t need to be best friends, but basic interaction is appreciated. No drugs are allowed in the apartment; if you smoke, please do it outside.
