About the room
The house is located in Central Redlands, in a safe and quiet neighborhood near ESRI. Please note this is a 50+ year old house with limited renovations, so the interior will look its age. Utilities also not included.
Full amenities and common areas, utilities are paid by tenants and include gas, electric, internet (no TV service), water and trash (avg $200 a month). All utilities will be split three ways. Washer and Dryer in garage. HVAC. Fridge. Microwave. Oven Range.

About the roomies
The house is currently occupied by two middle aged men. One is an IT professional working from home, the other an independent contractor. There will be a vacancy of one bedroom, with a shared bathroom. We are looking for a emotionally mature, responsible, respectful and quiet roommate.
