I am looking for a ROOMATE. I have a FURNISHED bedroom for rent in my home in East Cobb. I’m looking for ONE responsible man. The home is near Paper Mill and Lower Roswell Road. You’ll have your own bathroom. Washer/dryer is available as well. I have a cat and a large dog. Both are very friendly but would prefer you have NO PETS. Rent is $850 per month. That includes all electric, water, gas and wireless high speed internet. Available April 1, 2024. First month rent and $450 deposit required. Please do not ask me if it’s available.
