Nestled within the Summerly HOA, our meticulously curated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home awaits. My companion and I, who work diligently from our home-offices, along with our lovely downstairs-dwelling mother, invite you to join our tranquil haven. This new community boasts pools, golf course, and various amenities, and your potential sanctuary comprises a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, shower/tub, and features his and her sinks. (no couples please)

Picture yourself in a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a serene backyard complete with a grill for culinary adventures. Now, to maintain the serenity of our home, we seek a roommate who can lend a helping hand with light housework—vacuuming, dusting, and mainly dishwashing. In return for your efforts, we graciously extend a monthly rent discount of $500 each month (excluding utilities). As an added perk, you’ll have access to household amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and convenient driveway parking.
