I am a working professional, working full time as a PM in a company in Valencia. My current roommate is moving on to the next chapter in life, so I’m looking for someone to rent her room for 6 months May -October. I would prefer a student/ working professional, female, 20 years of age to take over the lease. I like to keep the place clean, I am respectful of others’ space and helpful.
