About the room
Summerlin private house upstairs large furnished bedroom with closet, attached bathroom, shared kitchen and living room. Full-size bed, smart tv with free high-speed wifi with all utilities plus cleaning fee included. Also, we have a nice workout area for whoever likes to work out. Suitable for one person only! occasional visitors are ok. We are friendly and also very clean being respectful to each other is a must. We do have one small dog, our home is a nonsmoking of any kind very quiet decent house looking for a clean quiet roommate. If Interested let me know, So I can schedule an appointment to see the room.
