Room for rent in Golden Hill! We’re looking for a new tenant to join our cozy townhouse-style apartment. The main part of the house will be furnished but the available room will not be. The unit features an outdoor patio within a gated community, along with new appliances including a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a gas stove. Please note, we currently have one cat and prefer to keep a one-animal household.

My roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her half of the lease. The current lease goes until mid September. I have one cat and I would prefer to keep it a one pet household at this time. However, I am willing to meet another cat or dog to see if they will get along. I like to spend my free time going on hikes, reading at the local park, and hanging out with friends. I am currently working in animal care. I love to bake and cook meals in the open kitchen.
