Looking for a roommate! The biggest of the four bedrooms, the a-line ceiling and walk in closet are a dream! The bedroom has a queen size bed in it. Gorgeous property in Huntington Beach, local to almost everything you could possible need (right on Brookhurst and Adams- Target, In n Out, Whole Foods, Ulta, CVS, Taco Bell, Stater Bros, Trader Joes- all a mile away!). Private room and a shared bathroom with one other roommate. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there is currently one vacant room! Three women live there currently, including the landlord Courtney (hi all love but I’m only comfortable living with women please). Shared spaces include a den with a TV (internet included), a living room, kitchen, 70s style bar, 2 woodburning fireplaces, washer and dryer, and a backyard with a pool table!

My name is Courtney, 22 F, and I am a hair stylist in the area. I am the landlord of the property and will be conducting interviews for the vacant room. Would love to have a student in the OC area, but am open to any women looking for a home! My roommates Emilie and Salma and I will be in the rooms next to yours, (all bedrooms are upstairs). We all work a lot and mostly keep to ourselves. I would love for all of us to get along, but absolutely no pressure to be besties.
