Roommate search! For a co-lease. The full rent is $2,200 + utilities. Your half would be $1,100 :)

It would just be us 2 here. It is a 3 bedroom, but the extra room is another common room.

My current roommate is moving out. We rent from a private landlord on a co-lease. I’m looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom, please feel free to message with any questions!

We cover gas, electric, and internet utilities. Landlord covers trash, water, pool/gym fees, and all other utilities.

It’s very quiet, which I love! I work a 9-5 hybrid job - in office and from home.

This is a downstairs unit. The doorways are wheelchair accessible, but the showers are not.

Pets are technically allowed by the landlord for $25 per pet each month, but I have allergies. No furry or aquatic pets please. Your pet must be quiet as this unit has had complaints about a barking dog from past tenants.

Overnight guests are allowed up to 7 days per the lease.

Must be LGBT+ friendly. I personally am allergic to vape/420, and the unit is not smoke friendly. However you are free to do this stuff outside.

This will be a co-lease. Must apply through the landlord (no application fee) after meeting with me. Must be able to pass a credit check and provide 6+ months proof of income. Together we must make 3x the rent. The place is available for viewing while my roommate moves out.

I am a 27 year old LGBT female. I like a quiet house so I can relax after work. I also like to keep a clean, organized home. I’m a creative individual into arts, dance, and fashion. I would prefer a female roommate.
