Julie's room

We love this studio that we have just remodeled and worked so hard on. There’s lots that is great about this property! It is very modern and spacious inside. It comes furnished, with bedding and a kitchenette. It has all that you will need. Its entry is in a private patio that will be all yours. We have a parking space just for you and in that patio, you can easily fit another car if you need to. There’s a pool and spa that you can use and laundry. All bills (water, heat, AC, sewer, garbage) and wifi are included in your rent. Living in this neighborhood is wonderful. It is super quiet and is central to many shops, amenities, and restaurants. It is a very convenient place to live and we love it here. We have a keypad entry. You will have one for the door to your room and another to the gate to the private patio that leads to your studio entry. We also have security cameras for extra safety in this already very safe neighborhood.

In the beginning, it will be month-to-month, but we may do a longer lease. We do prefer females but may be flexible to males and couples. Also, we do not prefer pets, but again may be flexible. Hope to meet you soon!

We are a young family of four and we will be living in the same building but won’t be crossing paths because both our entrances are on opposite sides. We have two young boys and no pets. We are a Christian family and are involved with a lot of ministry. We are very open and friendly people, hope to meet you soon!
