Furnished room (can be unfurnished) for rent in Vista in large house available through May 31st for $1450/month + utilities, at which time there will be flexibility to sign on for another year (terms are somewhat flexible - we are looking for the right fit for this home). Move in date is flexible, ideally by March 20 and no later than April 1. Your spacious room is quietly tucked in the corner of the house and attached to a double vanity jack and jill bathroom and has a massive walk in closet. There are 3 other adults in the house, and an attached converted garage on the property with another person, and we are all in our mid-30s to early 40s. Conscious, mindful household. Plenty of privacy and relaxation in this large house and also space to hang out with roomies and host guests. Beautiful kitchen, spacious living rooms, infinity pool, hot tub, propane grill, ample outdoor sitting space, large yard, driveway parking, surrounded by nature. Negotiable to have one dog, though note there are sometimes coyotes around the house so a smaller dog or older dog might make a good snack for them.

There are 3 other people in the house, mid-30s to early 40s. Conscious, mindful household.
