I am looking to cut my housing costs and if you are also I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bath semi furnished apartment (however The bedroom is unfurnished and you will have to provide all your own bedroom and bathroom furnishings etc). A extremely large spacious bedroom available immediately with a detached bathroom with Tub and shower. You can fit a large bed dining room table and couch in the room that is how big it is . The rent is $750.00 a month this includes everything. No laundry room on site. Once You see the place and decide you would like to move forward with moving in You will have to go through my rental office/ (Rental Office on site) They require that you can cover your share of the rent and require a background check that they perform which is very easy and is $60 and usually takes 24 to 48 hours to come back. I believe they want to make sure you have no evictions and no felonies . You can stop by the rental the office to speak with the rental manager and I will also provide you with her phone number so that you can provide the proper documentation. Which may include proof of income and or pay stubs. Once that is completed and you are approved you can move in immediately. This apartment is close to bus line and stores.
