I have two rooms for rent. So I’m looking for two people. The rent would be $1000 with utilities included. This is my bosses house so I will be sub leasing or you can be included on the lease. The house will be empty so you can bring whatever furniture you’d like. The pictures are just a general view of things and will be empty on move in. It would be a one year lease with a refundable $1000 deposit. I just am looking for two people who can pay on time and don’t work from home. I’m aiming for an April 1st move in and can figure out a time to see it. Currently it is getting the carpets replaced and new paint.
I’m 39, originally from Oregon. I’ve been in Boise for a year. I have a full time job, a cat, and like to spend my free time working on my 4Runner and exploring Idaho. I am pretty laid back and keep things relatively tidy. Let me know if you’re interested and can figure out a time to see it.
