We are looking for a housemate to rent a room in this beautiful house located in Northwest Austin close to the Domain and new Apple Campus / Tech corridor. The house is located in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood with a community center that has a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and running trails. You can enjoy the large fenced-in backyard, along with common areas of the home shared with the other tenants.

The well-lit, east-facing room has three large windows, a generous walk-in closet, and comes unfurnished. There is a full bathroom that will be shared with one other roommate, and a powder room downstairs.

Utilities including gas, electricity, water, and high-speed internet will be split equally between you and the two existing tenants. The average cost is $100 per month per tenant. The house comes with a shared washer and dryer. All the tenants share responsibility to maintain clean common areas inside and outside the house, including keeping the yard clean, trimmed, and watered.

Your two LGBT housemates are both working professionals. They each have a dog and are open to a new pet friend as long as he/she is friendly with other dogs.

Ideally they are looking for someone that is friendly, clean, dependable, reliable, non-smoker, no drugs, and no drama. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house, but permitted outside. Do reach out if you think you’ll be a good fit.
