It’s an absolutely incredible location in Denver for a complete and utter bargain. Safe neighborhood, plenty of parking, AC unit in unit, on-site laundry, great sized bedroom, solid kitchen, and plenty of living/storage space.

I have a roommate living in the apartment who works from home, but he is often gone during the evenings/weekends. Him & I do not talk, and the lease is going to be only 4 months remaining, so you could either choose to get to know him well or not.

I will be the one moving out.
