There is just myself both of my kids are in college one here in Florida and one in North Carolina. I have been a single mother of 10 years and now I’m on my own. I do have two, well-trained, wonderful, indoor cats that are super friendly with everyone that walks in the door. I love to cook and I am a local chef. I cook and share. I don’t smoke and don’t drink hard liquor… but I do love my wine. I am a fitness enthusiast and love watching a good movie on Netflix. I have a nice size bedroom with a closet in that room, and it’s own bathroom. ( it would be all yours) The two bedrooms in the apartment are completely separated, with the kitchen, dividing them. your bathroom is right outside of your room and completely away from my bedroom and bathroom. So to point that out again ( The two bedrooms in the apartment are completely separated from each other and so are the bathrooms.) There is a washer and dryer in the unit that you can use anytime you’d like. I am pretty laid-back…most of the time I’m in my room and minding my business. If I’m not there, I’m cooking. I will be adding pictures of the bedroom and bathroom as soon as my son moves out in August. The room is fully furnished but if you have your own items I can remove the furniture. I’m flexible with that. Obviously you can decorate it anyway you’d like. Anyone interested will have to be approved by the HOA.
