Exciting news! My two awesome roommates and I are on the lookout for a fourth roommate to join our cozy abode starting June 1st! 🎉

Here are the deets:

Location: We’re nestled on Broadway St, boasting ample parking space for all. 🚗 Perks: The lucky new roommate will have their own shower and access to a lovely back porch, perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings or evening hangouts. 🌟 Proximity to Schools: Just a 6-minute drive or a leisurely 20-minute stroll to both Loyola and Tulane. 🎓 Rent: $800 a month (utilities not included). Utilities typically range from $100-120 depending on the month.

Now, here’s the important part: 🏳️‍🌈 This is a queer space, and we’re looking for individuals who are either a part of the LGBTQ+ community or is a strong ally, who is a female. 🌈 We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through our door. When she’s not digging for the next big scoop or crafting compelling narratives, Maria can be found immersing herself in New Orleans’ vibrant nightlife scene, exploring the city’s diverse array of bars, clubs, and cultural events.

Riley is a Business major at Loyola University with a penchant for adventure and exploration. As a tour guide in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, Riley combines her business acumen with her love for the city’s rich history and culture, offering visitors an unforgettable glimpse into its storied past. When she’s not leading tours or hitting the books, Riley is often found letting loose on the dance floor or mingling with friends at the hottest parties in town, always up for a good time and new experiences.

Tessa is a Psychology major at Loyola University who brings a playful and creative spirit to everything she does. With a love for all things whimsical and a knack for thinking outside the box, Tessa infuses her studies with a sense of joy and curiosity. Whether she’s conducting research experiments or participating in group projects, Tessa’s vibrant personality and imaginative approach never fail to leave an impression. Outside of the classroom, Tessa enjoys letting loose and embracing her silly side, often joining Maria and Riley for nights of laughter and adventure in the bustling city of New Orleans
