Im looking for a fun female roommate to share a gated community, 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There would be 2 of us total in the home.

The home’s location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, gyms, etc. (around 39th and Happy Valley Rd and 1/2 mile from I-17) and 3 miles to Glendale Community College. Laundry room with w/d and covered patio in the backyard with grill. Off street parking. Pool and hot tub in the community.

Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. All wood flooring. I have a workout room with an elliptical and near Infrared sauna that you would have access to as well.

Really cute home in quiet neighborhood. Swimming pool and hot tub in neighborhood as well. Thunderbird Conservation Park just minutes away for those who like to hike.

Looking for someone who works daytime full-time, is honest, clean/neat, easy going and fun, and works out of the home. Sorry no pets, smoking, or couples. Rent is $900 and includes all utility bills. Utilities include home security system, electric, water, trash, sewer, internet, and yard maintenance.
