A private bedroom and shared bathroom are available in July. A brand new apartment with in-unit laundry, a spacious balcony, gym, community center, and year-round heated pool. The unit has central AC and heating, so it’s comfortable year-round. The bedroom does not share any walls with neighbors, so it’s hushed and has access to lots of natural light. The bathroom will be shared with me - a massive shower, a lounge-style bathtub, and lots of counter and drawer space. Utilities vary a bit, but Wi-Fi is $18.33 a month, and electric/gas ranges from $20-$40 per person monthly. Garage and covered parking is available for $125 for the garage and $35 for covered. If you’re interested, you’d chat with me and my roommate first but ultimately go through the leasing office to co-sign the lease with us and get checked out.

Hi! My name is Hallie, and I am a full-time student and nanny living in Broomfield. I love hiking, cooking, weightlifting, and reading in my spare time. I have a sweet elderly cat who is tolerant of other animals, so small, quiet, low-energy dogs are OK with other cats. Loud, high-energy dogs scare my cat, so dogs are iffy, depending on how low-key they are. Cats are welcome though!
