• Large (19 x 14.75 ft), unfurnished bedroom with backyard patio access in well-maintained, clean house • Monthly rent is all-inclusive of wi-fi/utilities • Personal driveway parking with plentiful street parking for guests • Laundry/dryer in garage • Shared furnished living room and kitchen (great for hosting!) • Shared bathroom (only sharing shower with one other housemate – she has her own powder room for toilet/sink use)

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 female housemates (this posting is looking for the 3rd and final female housemate). No drugs/smoking allowed in the house.

I work full-time at a medical device company while the other housemate works full-time as a veterinarian tech. I am friendly and easy to talk to but also respect privacy and maintain clean shared areas (and expect the same from others).
