Looking for someone to rent my entire apartment for $800 a month plus utilities for about 3 months. This is perfect for someone who just got BAH and does not have a lease signed yet. By charging $800 this will give you about 3 + months to begin accumulating BAH and not having you in the barracks. This is not a room but the entire apartment for 3 months! June 10 would be the day you would need to move out of that apartment :) but this is a good opportunity to get a start. I will not be living in the apartment. Just trusting that a person would keep the apartment up for those 2 months.
N/A you wouldn’t have roomies! The only way you would have a room is if you have a spouse or S/O and the fee for an extra person would be $100 on top of the 800 a month :) that’s all!
