The listing is for a private room and private bath, guests are asked to use the bathroom of the person who invited them so you don’t need to worry about others using yours. washer/dryer, washing machine and garbage disposal all in unit! There is plenty of parking in the complex but if you would like the single covered spot that can be negotiated. balcony overlooks a lake with ducks and other water fowl. vaulted ceilings in the living room with a fireplace, and shared kitchen.

rent includes the room, water, trash, and gigabit internet. electricity will be split equally between all residents

Master bedroom is also available for couples or people who just want more space. (cost increase applies)

I like staying in and watching shows or playing games. I am a nerd at heart and love animals. I had a cat until this past November when she unfortunately passed away. So if you have pets please feel free to reach out! I am a social worker who works with DDA clients in King County.
