About the room
Hey y’all! I’m looking for a roommate in the North Austin area around Northwest Hills. It’s a 2x2 apartment (technically, the 3rd room is a ‘den’, not a bedroom) with your own bedroom and bathroom, shared office space, and a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen, as well as an on-property gym and in-unit washer and dryer. Our specific unit also comes with a great view and a family of deer that come by every once in a while!
$897 a month plus utilities (usually about $185/person) for a July 1st 2026 move-in date. There is some flexibility for a mid-July or August 1st move-in if you need!
Women/NB folks only please, no couples or dogs! Must be queer-friendly.

About the roomies
I’m a pretty clean person, 25 female with hobbies that frequently take me out of the apartment and a hybrid job. I have two cats, one of which loves people and the other is a little more shy. I’m a ’22 UT grad, and work on campus half the week.
