• Must be able to meet the income:ratio requirement (3 times of the monthly rent must be met, so around $1800 per month)
• Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in North Knoxville
• 8 min drive to downtown, 10 min drive to UT
• All genders are welcome
• Professionals or Graduate students preferred. Senior students are also welcome!
• Pets are welcome!
• My cats will be upstairs when I am not home so no worries about free wandering creatures in the living room.
