Married couple with 2 toddlers. Need cool and chill roommates that respectful and tidy. 1 month deposit and 1 month rent are due when move in. If you are more than 3 days late the deposit will cover that month rent. Please clean up after yourself. Will work best with full time or student that keep to themself. No party or drug allowed.
