Bedroom photos are old, this from another renter not me. Updated are coming soon This is house near two colleges Bethel (6 minutes) University and Northwestern University (1 minute away). We have so many stores, food places, and parks near by. Our neighborhood is full of families with children, retired older adults, and a few renters of college students in a similar shared housing situations. Our Landlords are pretty close by (7 minutes) in a house and are very hands’ off but can be contacted by phone. They are retired and often travel. The bedroom is in the basement of the house, it has 1 closet (no door on the closet) and window. There is full bathroom and it would be your own and not shared. There is a small cabinet over the toilet and storage under the sink. There’s a full laundry room down in the basement too. There is a big back yard and has a few patio tables and a gasoline grill. There is a garage where two cars fit max. we usually shuffle cars around depending on who is leaving first.

The house fits 4 people. Two ladies will be staying in this house after my lease is over (I may be leaving sooner than the contracted lease and will need a sublease is this occurs). Two roommates are friends I met in college one is teacher and the other is a Physicians assistants. We have one more roommate who will be leaving and she is also a teacher, our age ranges from 23 to 26 currently. We take very good care of this house like we own it, meaning we take care of the yard (mowing, racking, shoveling) we clean the shared spaces often (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning the showers and toilets, cleaning the freezer and fridge every so often) All the girls are pretty mindful about the care of the house and guest coming over. Our house and neighborhood feels very safe and we have good relationships with our neighbors who have been so helpful during horrible winter seasons. We also help each other out as best as we can if someone needs a ride to work, car shop, or a ride to the airport; we do that for each other. A lot of our communication happens in person or a quick text if it’s not big deal. Overall it’s a wonderful space. I have loved living here the past two years. I am moving on, but not due to the roommates, they have been great!
