I have a spare room coming the 1st of May. All utilities included, along with wifi. However, I will add if you freeze out or have high heat needs, due to the nature of the apartment being all electric, I will require an additional $25-50/month pending the costs for each month.
You’ll have your own room and bathroom. The place will mostly come equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer also included,
I’m quiet, clean, and will only be at the apartment for 3 days a week. I primarily use it for sleeping since I travel for work, and then on my off days, I return home to my family.
