I’m looking for a female to takeover my spot on the lease in 2 bed/2 bathroom unit at Alpine Meadows apartments in Sandy.
Rent is $950 + utilities (which range about $100-$150 each) (total rent for the unit is $1899)
The complex is located in a great spot in Sandy with nearby shopping plazas and the mountains are not a far drive.
The apartment is spacious and the rooms have ample storage and attached bathrooms with soaking tubs! There is a fitness center and hot tub that is open year round. The unit has a washer and dryer and fire place.
Lease ends 7/31/24 with the option to renew.
About the roomies
One other female in her late 30s and she has one cat, would prefer not to have additional pets.
