Aaron's room

I bought my house in January. It is a 2 bedroom. I would like to rent out the upstairs bedroom. Within the city limits, all utilities included in price. We would share bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I have a dog, cat, and rabbit, so I would not like someone to bring other animals with them please.

I work from home, so I need a quiet space during regular Monday-Friday hours. I am non-binary and have a long-distance girlfriend that stays the night once per week.
