This is a beautiful tri-level 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house. With a huge yard and garage. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with your own bathroom that has shared laundry in it - don’t worry we will have a laundry schedule so I won’t be in your space!

For a roommate I am looking for someone that has a stable income, is respectful and clean. You would have the whole downstairs to your self!
