The bathroom is shared with other female tenant. The monthly rent for a single occupant is $900, which includes all utilities. First and last month’s rent are required prior to moving in. Single parents with older children, couples are also encouraged to apply, there will be an additional charge to cover the increase in utilities for the an additional person.
