Hello, I’m currently renting a two bedroom one bath apartment. It has a basement with washer and dryer. Unfortunately my roommate had to leave. Once I find a new roommate my landlord will create a new contract/lease. It’s two floors. I have a kitten, I listen to my music pretty loud so sorry. The rent $1175 a month which we would split, along with splitting all utilities, which all together we would be about $850-900 each. I have a lot of plants. There’s lots of room for storage in basement. As per my issue with my old roommate, I am looking for a female.
I do hair a block away from property, I love animals and music and people. I just need someone that’s cool and respectful and understanding. The room is fairly big and so is the closet. I currently have like no furniture in living room but I’m working on that, I have a projector and I’m on the hunt for a green or orange velvet couch ;) I thrift a lot!!!
