Crystal's room

My home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with sidewalks, 3 miles from Surf City Beach. You will have use of the laundry, kitchen, living area and outdoor space. No parties, No smoking as I have severe smoke allergies, no drugs. The rooms are furnished. My home is clean and comfortable .. there will be some garage space available. No overnight guests without notice and you will be extended the same respect. I do have family and friends that visit. There is another bedroom in the home that is for that purpose unless someone has a need and we will discuss that as well. Monthly rent is negotiable for helping around the home.

It is myself and my two fur babies. This is a Christian home and I cook meals for fellowship which you are welcome to join in if you like. Spring through fall I travel frequently back home to my aging parents. I try to eat healthy. My plan is to put in some raised gardens and grow my own food. I enjoy having someone else living in the home and my passion is to help others. I am pretty laid-back and quiet. Enjoy exercising, the beach, paddle boarding and exploring.. spontaneous and adventurous. I am huge on communication and very respectful of your space.. there’s so much I could say here, but I’d prefer to just have a conversation.
