It is a very clean house located in a safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a near park, 4 minute drive to Northridge mall, Natividad Hospital, or Monterey county jail. It’s available to rent to 2 persons, but I can rent to 3 for $1500.

Rent includes the following:

• Private bathroom
• a private fridge and microwave
• Utilities included (wiffi, electricity, water, gargage, sewer)
• Shared kitchen with cabinet space
• Shared access in living room
• Washer and dryer use (once a week)
• Side door
• Driveway parking for 2 cars.
• Fenced front yard with seating for relaxation and backyard is accessible as well.

Requirements: Employed. Responsible. Respecful of others.

Rent is $1400 and security deposit $1000. Background, employment, and refererences will be checked. Rental agreement will be month to month but prefference is for longer term.

No drugs No smoking or drinking in the property No pets No overnight guests

5 working adults live in the property. All are quiet, respectful, and mind their own business.
