Seeking a roommate to share a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Reedsport. Coverd parking, The apartment is on the second floor, with a nice balcony, plenty of storage, and a large living room.

It’s walking distance to restaurants, 7-Eleven, OC Pizza, and other amenities. It’s also close to the dunes, for some outdoor fun. The appliances are a bit old, but functional.

Rent includes water, sewer, electric, and trash, Laundry is on site. You will need to get a PO box, as I don’t share mailboxes.

The rent is $800 per month, deposit is $400. Internet is split 50/50+ Agreement is month-to-month for now, we can discuss a longer term if we get along well.

I have a standard rental/roommate agreement with some rules. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, so no drugs or alcohol (weed is okay, but only in your room). We can talk about pets, but I have a preference for none.

A little bit about me: I work from home at night, so I have a late schedule. My office is in the living room, so I need some quiet during my work hours. I don’t mind guests, but only one at a time, and no loud or rude behavior. I’m a mature and respectful person, and I expect the same from you. I sometimes travel for a month or so, so you will have the place to yourself occasionally.
