Located minutes from downtown Riverside, next to Mt. Rubidioux. Near both 91 and 60 freeways. Tvs in the house have access to steaming services including max, disney, Netflix, Hulu, peacock, paramount plus, prime. Access to shared spaces including kitchen, living room, backyard, and laundry room inside house.

Would like to be cool with roommates but can give you space if you’d rather keep to yourself. When I’m home I like to relax and recharge for work.
