The home is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the tenant will have their own full bathroom and shared common areas will be the kitchen, living room & dining room. The home will be shared with the owner of the home who occupies one room and the third is used as an office. The available room has a separate entrance to access the space but the main entrance is available as well. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, wifi and full kitchen with equipment and tools. the room can be furnished if need. The Home is in a great location, close to restaurants, nightlife, arts, Fresno City College, great coffee shops and 3 miles from a post office, dry cleaning and Whole Foods in Fig Garden Village.

Im the owner who will be occupying the other half of the home. I work in the neighborhood and I am gone for the mot of the day. My schedule is sporadic so I am in and out of the house throughout the day, but when home, I spend most of the time in the living room working on my lap top or in my office (the 3rd room).
